| 摘 要： | 目的分析门诊慢性肾脏病(CKD)3～5期患者的病因分布特点。方法回顾性横断面研究,分析2010年4月至2010年8月就诊的CKD 3～5期129例患者的病因及相关的信息资料。结果 129例CKD3～5期患者中60岁以上老年人所占比率(61.2%)高于60岁以下患者(38.8%)。前3位病因依次为高血压、慢性肾小球肾炎、糖尿病。60岁以下的非老年组前3位病因依次为慢性肾小球肾炎、高血压、糖尿病。结论门诊CKD 3～5期患者以老年人为主,首要病因为高血压;而非老年组的首要病因为慢性肾小球肾炎。
