| 摘 要： | 目的探讨晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸并发消化道出血的高危因素,提出预防及治疗措施。方法回顾分析我科2008年12月至2010年12月我科收治晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸并发消化道出血患者35例,分析引起消化道出血的相关因素、出血表现和治疗结果。结果晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸并发消化道出血的高危因素是内毒素血症、低蛋白血症、肾功能损害、凝血功能障碍。晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸引起消化道出血病情危重,临床止血率低,本组成功止血率42.9%。结论积极加强营养、预防和控制内毒素血症是预防晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸上消出血的关键;抑制胃酸、静脉输注止血药及生长抑素是治疗上消出血的重点。 |
