| 摘 要： | 目的：动态观察刺五加注射液对脑缺血再灌注模型脑组织bcl-2及p53表达的影响，以探讨其作用机制。方法：线栓法造脑缺血再灌注模型，免疫组化法于不同时间点检测bcl-2及p53表达情况。结果：刺五加注射液能提高bcl-2的表达并延长其表达的时间；刺五加注射液能有效降低p53的表达并降低其峰值。结论：刺五加注射液通过抑制细胞凋亡保护脑缺血再灌注造成的损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe dynamically the effect of Ciwujia injection on bcl-2 and p53 expressions in brain tissues of cerebral ischemiareperfusionmodels, andto discuss its functional mechanism.Methods:Cerebral ischemiareperfusionmodels were made by knotting with threads.Immunohistochemical methodwas used to examine the bcl-2 and p53 expressions at different time. Results: Ciwujia injection could increase bcl-2 expression and prolong it duration, could effectively decrease p53 expression and its peak value.Conclusion: Ciwujia injection may protect the damage caused by cerebral ischemiareperfusionby inhibiting apoptosis. |
