多针浅刺法对脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨多针浅刺法对脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能的影响。方法将150例8月至3岁脑瘫儿童,随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例。治疗组采用多针浅刺法结合康复训练,针刺治疗隔日1次,康复训练每日1次;对照组采用康复训练,每日1次,1月为1个疗程,共观察3个疗程。并运用粗大运动-66项(GM-FM-66)对治疗前及治疗后(每治疗1月)粗大运动功能动态改变以评分法进行测评。结果2组治疗前后GMFM-66积分均有明显提高(P〈0.01),2组组间治疗前后GMFM-66积分增长幅度有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论多针浅刺法结合康复训练对脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能具有明显改善作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of multi needle shallow puncture on gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy. Methods 150 cases of cerebral palsy children from 8 months to 3 years old were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with multi needle shallow puncture combined with rehabilitation training. There was one acupuncture therapy every 2 days, 1 rehabilitation training every day; the control group received rehabilitation training, daily, 1 month for a course, 3 courses were observed. Gross motor function-66 ( GMFM-66 ) was used before and after treatment ( every month) to evaluate dynamic change of gross motor function score. Results GMFM-66 scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly improved ( P〈0.01 ) , GMFM-66 scores before and after treatment between the two groups had significant difference, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Multi needle shallow acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can obviously improve the gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy.
