| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声波人体组织快速处理仪在病理快速诊断工作中应用的效果。方法 对住院手术的 36 5例和门诊 1814例快速石蜡切片进行制片操作、切片质量分析。结果 快速切片质量与常规石蜡切片质量接近。结论 快速切片质量满意 ,适用于各类病理标本的诊断

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of rapid ultrasonic disposal equipment for human tissue on rapid pathological diagnosis.Methods The quality of paraffn embedded sections of specimen rapidly fixed by formalin among which 367 onca were from surgical ablation and 1814 ones from outpatient,were analyzed.Results The quality of rapid formalin fixes paraffin embedded sections was similar to that of conventional formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections.Conclusion The quality of rapid formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections is satisfactory to make pathological diagnosis of various of specimen. |
