血液净化在急性中毒救治中的应用

目的探讨血液净化(BP)治疗重度急性中毒的疗效及影响因素。方法收集我院1998年5月～2006年11月急性重度中毒患者66例,其中血液净化(BP)组37例,常规治疗(RT)组29例,回顾性对比分析两组患者的临床资料、疗效和预后。结果37例患者经BP治疗后,34例抢救成功,痊愈出院,3例死亡,治愈率91.89%;RT组21例抢救成功,死亡8例,治愈率75.83%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。BP组患者昏迷至清醒时间、住院时间明显短于RT组(P<0.05)。结论急性中毒患者在常规治疗的同时,早期血液净化治疗,可提高抢救成功率。

The application of blood purification in rescuing acute poisoning patients

Objective To explore the effects of blood purification(BP)on severe acute poisoning and the factors that affect prognosis.Methods Sixty-six cases of severe acute poisoning in hospital from May,1998 to November,2006 were studied.Thirty-seven received blood purification treatment(named BP Group),and the rest received routine treatment(named RT Group).Then a retrospective comparative analysis for the clinical data,effects and prognosis between two groups were used.Results 34 cases were cured and 3 cases died in BP Group,but 21 cases were cured and 8 cases died in RT Group.The cured ratio was 91.89% and 75.83% respectively,there is a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Compared with RT group,the time of regaining consciousness and the hospitable time were shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion BP treatment may enhance the rescuing ratio for severe acute prisoners at the early stage combining with routine treatment.
