摘    要:目的:研究重组人骨形成蛋白-2(recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2,rhBMP-2)对兔下颌牵张成骨的作用。方法:建立兔下颌双侧牵张成骨动物模型.于下颌右侧骨断端间植入含有rhBMP-2的可吸收胶原海绵(absorbable collagen sponge,ACS),左侧单纯应用ACS作为对照。分别于固定期第3、5周末处死动物。取标本行X线及组织学观察。结果:应用rhBMP-2侧新骨形成的速度以及骨小梁的密度均高于对照。结论:局部应用rhBMP-2能够提高牵张区新骨形成的速度和质量.对下颌牵张成骨具有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the enhancement effect of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2) on mandibular distraction osteogenesis in rabbits. Methods: An animal model of bilateral mandibular distraction osteogenesis in rabbits was established. RhBMP-2 adhering to absorbable collagen sponge (ACS) was implanted to the right side of the mandible, while the left side was implanted with ACS as control. Animals were sacrified at the end of the 3rd and 5th weeks of the consolidation period. Radiographs were taken and tissue of the distraction gap was cut and examined by histology methods. Results: The rate of the new bone formation and the density of the rebirth bone trabeculae of the side treated by rhBMP-2 were superior to those of the control side. Conclusion: The rate and quality of new bone formation can be enhanced by local application of rhBMP-2, and mandible distraction osteogenesis can be promoted as well.
