低压低氧对大鼠海马神经元NMDA受体发育影响的研究

摘    要:目的 观察低压低氧环境对海马发育过程中学习记忆、NMDA受体1和生长抑素mRNA表达的影响。方法 采用模拟高原低氧模型,运用原位杂交及行为学技术。结果 低压低氧环境使NMDA受体1和生长抑素mRNA的表达发生改变,大鼠的主动回避反应和空间学习记忆功能下降。结论 低压低氧环境可以通过改变NMDA受体和生长抑素的表达而对学习记忆产生一定的影响。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of hypobaric hypoxia on learning and memory abilities, NMDA receptor 1 and somatostatin mRNA expressions during the development at stage of hippocampus. Methods In situ hybridization hitochemical method and behaviour training were used in the rat model of hypobaric hypoxia. Results The active avoidance reaction and spatial memory ability were impaired in rats under hypobaric hypoxia. NMDA mRNA and somatostatin mRNA were overexpressed in the first 3 d and then down regulated in the next few days under hypobaric hypoxia. Conclusion NMDA receptor and somatostatin is involved in the learning and memory changes in rats under hypobaric hypoxia.
