| 摘 要： | 目的观察甲地孕酮(MA)对EP方案治疗小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法 67例小细胞肺癌患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,所有患者均给予EP方案化疗,其中治疗组同时给予MA口服治疗,观察并记录患者治疗前后KPS评分、食欲、体重及睡眠变化情况。结果治疗组化疗后KPS评分升高4,而对照组降低了10,两组间KPS评分在化疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组化疗后食欲增加者占82.3%(28/34),对照组食欲增加者占6.1%(2/33),两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组化疗后体重增加者占70.6%(24/34),对照组体重增加者占9.1%(3/33),两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组化疗后睡眠好者占50%(17/34),对照组睡眠好者占18.2%(6/33),两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论甲地孕酮能明显提高EP方案化疗小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
