摘    要:
目的建立中药材中金属元素Cu、Zn含量的测定方法。方法用HNO3-HClO4混合酸消化中药材样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Cu、Zn元素的含量。结果 Cu元素线性范围0.05~5.00μg/mL,RSD≤1.72%(n=5),加标回收率93.49%~94.82%;Zn元素线性范围0.20~1.20μg/mL,RSD≤5.60%(n=5),加标回收率88.47%~91.95%。结论本法可用于中药材中金属元素Cu、Zn的含量测定。

Abstract:
Objective To develop a method for the determination of content of copper and zinc in traditional Chinese herbal medicines. Methods Traditional Chinese medicines were digested by mixtures of HNO3 and HClO4 by wet digestion.And the content of Cu and Zn were determined by FAAS. Results The linear range of Cu was 0.05~5.00 μg/mL.The RSD was less than 1.72%(n=5)and the recoveries were 88.47%~94.82%;The linear range of Zn was 0.20~1.20 μg/mL.The RSD was less than 5.60%(n=5),and the recoveries were 88.47%~91.95%. Conclusion It is suitable to be used for the determination of Cu and Zn.
