| 摘 要： | 病毒性肝炎,尤其是慢性病毒性肝炎对人体的危害极大,丙型肝炎作为慢性肝炎之一其危害不亚于乙型肝炎,其主要原因是感染早期临床症状较轻,患者一般不会引起注意,一旦感染后极易慢性化且易转化成肝硬化和肝癌,预后较差。研究影响丙型肝炎转归的相关因素,例如人类白细胞抗原(HLA)等位基因的多态性和细胞因子对疾病的影响,有助于丙型肝炎患者早期病情的控制。 |

| Abstract: | Viral hepatitis,especially chronic viral hepatitis do great harm to the human body.Hepatitis C,as one of the chronic hepatitis,do no less harm than the hepatitis B,which mainly because mild clinical symptoms in early infection hardly take patients’ attention.Once they are infected the disease can turn to chronic and convert into hepatocirrhosis or liver cancer easily with bad prognosis.Study of the related factors which influenced the outcome of hepatitis C,such as polymorphism of human leukocyte antigen(HLA) alleles and cytokine’s effect on disease,is helpful to early disease control of hepatitis C patients. |
