农村糖尿病患者院外治疗依从性调查与分析

对选72例Ⅱ型糖尿病农村患者,采用自制糖尿病患者院外遵医行为调查表,了解其在院外自我血糖监测、服药治疗的依从性以及饮食运动控制。发现其中自我监测血糖者占20.80%,药物治疗依从性占27.78%,表明农村糖尿病患者院外遵医情况较差。护理人员应针对自我血糖监测及擅自停药所造成的危害及运动饮食疗法的重要性等加强对患者的健康教育,提高患者治疗依从性。

Investigation and analysis of treatment compliance of outpatients with diabetes in rural areas

72type 2diabetic patients in rural areas were investigated by self-made compliance behaviour scale in order to know the condition of self-monitor blood glucose,diet and exercise control,and therapy compliance.The surveys show the ratio of self-monitor blood glucose was 20.80%,that of treatment compliance was 27.78%.The diabetic patients outside of hospital in rural areas had the worse compliance.Nurses should focus on the patient＇s health education,which is the way of self-monitoring blood glucose,the importance of exercise and diet,as well as the harm caused by unauthorized drug withdrawal,and to improve treatment compliance.
