超声对药物终止早孕的研究

目的：探讨超声在药物流产后子宫检查的应用价值。方法：应用频率3．5MHz的超声诊断仪,对460例药物流产子宫和附件作常规超声检查分析。结果：本组病例中有91％一次性药流成功,而对9％一次性药流不成功者通过超声检查诊断分析,从而指导治疗,均取得了满意的效果。结论：超声是药流子宫检查最为理想的方法之一。

Study of Effect of Ultrasound on the Drug Ceasing Early Pregnancy

Objective explore the application value of ultrasound in uterus examination after medinal abortion.Methods use ultrasound diagnosing equipment 3.5MHz to conduct regular ultrasound examination and analysis on uterus and appendix of 460 cases.Results in this group,about 91% succeeded in abortion just one time use of medicine,to 9% whose abortion not succeeded in one time use of medicine,we give them ultrasound examination,to instruct the treatment and have achieved satisfied effect.Conclusion ultrasound is one of ideal method for uterus examination after medicinal abortion.
