ISO6级洁净室气流组织形式及其可行性分析

摘    要:洁净室的气流组织形式直接影响其性能,ISO6级洁净室气流组织形式通常有上送两侧下回风和上送单侧下回风两种气流形式,分析了两种气流形式下影响室内洁净度的因素以及它们在洁净室运行中的可行性,最终得出了两种气流组织形式的不同使用条件。

Abstract:Air distribution of clean room directly influences the room's performance. The air in the clean room with ISO class 6 can be supplied from the ceiling, then, it returns to single sidewall or both sidewalls. The influences of these two types of airflow to the clean degree of the room and their feasibilities were analyzed in this article. Then, different application conditions for these two air flow types were obtained.
