百合知母地黄汤合酸枣仁汤治疗甲亢不寐患者的临床价值

目的探讨百合知母地黄汤合酸枣仁汤治疗甲亢不寐患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月~2019年5月期间某院收治的106例甲亢不寐患者为研究对象,根据数字随机法将其分为两组,其中给予对照组常规治疗,而观察组则运用百合知母地黄汤合酸枣仁汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组的各项指标比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的PSQI、SDS以及SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的治疗总有效率高,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论给予甲亢不寐患者百合知母地黄汤合酸枣汤治疗,不仅可以提高治疗效果,还能改善患者预后。

The clinical value of Baihe Zhimu Dihuang Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of dyssomnia due to hyperthyroidism

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baihe Zhimu Dihuang Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of dyssomnia due to hyperthyroidism.Methods 106 patients with hyperthyroidism who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the digital random method,they were divided into two groups,the control group was given the conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Baihe Zhimu Dihuang Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before the treatment,there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after the treatment,the PSQI,SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Baihe Zhimu Dihuang Decoction and suanzao decoction can not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also improve the prognosis of patients with dyssomnia due to hyperthyroidism.
