心理治疗联合利培酮应用于中青年精神分裂症临床治疗的效果及安全性

目的分析于中青年精神分裂症患者中应用心理治疗联合利培酮治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法甄选某院2018年5月~2019年7月中青年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,共100例,对照组单独行利培酮治疗,观察组行心理治疗联合利培酮治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、社会功能、日常生活能力以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为88.00%,对照组治疗总有效率显著较低(70.00%,P<0.05);实施治疗前两组患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分无显著差异(P>0.05),实施治疗后两组SSPI、ADL评分均升高,其中观察组SSPI、ADL评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);失眠、头晕、恶心、腹痛以及视物模糊等不良反应发生率观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中青年精神分裂症患者经心理治疗联合利培酮治疗的临床效果显著,改善了其社会功能、日常生活能力,同时具备较高的安全性。

To explore the effect and safety of psychotherapy combined with risperidone in the clinical treatment of young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of psychotherapy combined with risperidone in the clinical treatment of young and middle-aged patients with.schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia were selected from our hospital(May 2018 to July 2019).The control group received risperidone treatment alone,and the observation group received psychotherapy combined with risperidone.The clinical treatment effect,social function,daily living ability,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group was significantly lower(70.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in social function assessment scale(SSPI)score and daily life ability scale(ADL)score between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).The SSPI and ADL scores of the two groups increased after the treatment.The observation group SSPI,The ADL scores were higher than those of the control group with statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions such as insomnia,dizziness,nausea,abdominal pain,and blurred vision were lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of psychotherapy combined with risperidone on middle-aged and young schizophrenia patients is significant,which improves social function and ability of daily living,and has higher safety.
