腾冲口岸2000-2006年出入境人员HIV感染情况分析

目的了解腾冲口岸入出境人员HIV感染情况及危险因素，为预防和控制艾滋病的流行提供科学依据。方法对2000-2006年经腾冲口岸入出境的人员进行HIV抗体检测，并进行流行病学调查。结果HIV感染率为2．25％（105／4668）；以20-40岁年龄组为高发人群；男性多于女性；感染者职业分布广泛，以劳务人员、边民感染率较高；入境人群高于出境人群，感染呈现境外输入性传播的特点。结论做好艾滋病防治的宣传教育工作，加强入境人员的艾滋病监测，对防止艾滋病的传播蔓延十分重要。

The Analysis of HIV Infection among Entry-exit Persons at Tengchong Port during 2000～2006

Objective To understand the infection condition and adverse factors of AIDS at Tengchong Port and provide scientific bases of prevention and controlling prevail of AIDS. Method Carried out detection of HIV antibody and epidemiological survey to entry-exit persons during 2000-2006 at Tengchong Port. Result The detection rate of HIV was 2.25%. The rate of 20-40 aged group was the highest group. Male infected person was more than female infected person. The occupation distribution of infected person was extensive. And the detection rate of abroad labors and dweller in frontier was higher than other population. Infection trended input from outside. Conclusion In order to control the transmission of HIV, it is necessary to strengthen education and surveillance to entry-exit people.
