出国劳务人员的心电图分析

目的了解从事体力活动，且劳动强度较大，文化程度相对较低的出国农村健康青年与非强体力活动健康青壮年人员心电图差异。方法随机选择1000例32-50岁出国劳务人员与1000例32～50岁普通体力活动健康青壮年人员心电图参数进行比较。结果出国劳务人员与同年龄非强体力活动健康青壮年人员心电图比较，其差异有：心电图各时相延长；P波电压增高，Pv1终末电势增大，且出现率增加；心电轴左（额面）、后（横面）方偏移；R1及RaVL电压增高，RⅡ、RⅢ、RaVF、RV5及RV6电压降低，SaVL电压降低，而SⅢ、SaVF、SV3-5电压增大，∑QRS电压与对照者比较无明显改变；以及T波电压普遍降低。结论出国劳务青壮年人员心电图与非强体力活动健康青壮年人员比较有差异，类似于老龄人心电图特点，对他们的心电图特点应持科学的态度，在整体心电图大致正常的情况下，应当多给予一些保健咨询和指导，减缓他们老龄化疾病的进程。

The Analysis of Electrocardiograms of Abroad Laborers

Objective To understand differences of electrocardiogram between exit able-bodied physical laborers who was healthy young or middle age and no able-bodied physical laborers of about the same age. Methods Compared electrocardiograms of 1 000 healthy 32-50-year-old abroad labors with that of 1 000 healthy 32-50-year-old local labors. Results The differences of electrocardiograms between exit able-bodied physical laborers and no able-bodied physical laborers were as following： Electrocardiographic durations prolonged. P wave voltage increased. P wave terminal force in lead vl raised and its presence rate gained. QRS axes shifted to left （frontal plane） and posterior （horizontal plane）. R wave voltage increased in lead Ⅰ and aVL, and decreased in lead Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V5 and V6. T wave voltage widespread decreased in every lead. Conclusion The cardiogram of abroad young laborers was different from local health young people, which was similar with that of old people. We should take it scientifcly and provide more healthcare consultation and direction, in order to slow aging problem.
