| 摘 要： | 脓毒症是临床上常见的急危重症,其防治主要是保护脏器功能。糖萼是内皮细胞表面多糖-蛋白复合结构,具有保护细胞屏障、维持器官灌注的功能。在早期监测感染病人血清中糖萼破坏情况,并予以保护,或可保护病人脏器功能,预防感染病人进展为脓毒症,从源头降低脓毒症发病率。本文就糖萼保护与预防脓毒症进展展开综述,为临床上诊疗提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Sepsis is a common acute and severe disease in hospital,whose prevention and treatment is major in protecting organs.Glycocalyx is polysaccharide-protein composite structure on the endothelial cell surface,which can protect cell barrier and maintain the function of organic perfusion.So we can monitor glycocalyx destruction and give the corresponding protection in the early infection patients to protect organic function.These measuresm may prevent infectious patients progress to sepsis from the source and reduce the incidence of sepsis.This article reviews the progress in the protection of glycocalyx and prevention of sepsis to provides references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
