| 摘 要： | 济宁市1999-2000年共采集麻疹疑似病例血清标本179份;采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）捕获得法检测麻疹、风疹IgM抗体,阳性率分别为58.10%(104/179)和10.06%(18/179),两者全部阴性者占31.84%(57/179)。179例麻疹疑似病例中,暴发病例106例,散发病例73例;提示我市麻疹、风疹以暴发为主,1999年暴发,2000年只有少部分散发病例,ELISA捕获法检测IgM抗体用于麻疹血清学早期诊断敏感性较高,其结果与血清标本采集时间及标本及时送检率有很大的关系。

| Abstract: | serum specimens of suspected measles cases were tested for measles and rubella IgM antibodies by Capture-IgM ELISA, in Jining during 1999 to 2000. The results showed that the positive rates of measles and rubella IgM antibodies were 58.10%(104/179) and 10.06% (18/179) respectively and 31.84%(57/179) specimens were negative in both measles and rubella antibody. Among 179 cases, 106 were outbreak cases and 73 were sporadic. It was suggested that measles and rubella accurred mainly in the form of outbreak in our city. The Capture-IgM ELISA is highly sensitive for early diagnosis of measles and rubella, the results were related to the time of sample collection and reservation of serum specimens. |
