口内淋巴上皮囊肿（附14例报告）

对１４例口内淋巴上皮囊肿进行了临床病理分析，结果显示：口底为该囊肿的好发部位（９／１４例，占６４．３％），男性多于女性（２．５：１），平均年龄３７．１岁；临床上常诊断为粘液腺囊肿和纤维瘤。镜下观察囊壁内衬复层鳞状上皮及纤维囊壁存在大量淋巴样组织为特点。作者就发病机理及鉴别诊断进行了讨论。

Intraoral Lymphoepithelial Cyst(Report of 14 Cases)

The intraoral lymphoepithelial cyst is a kind of rare diseases occuring in the oral cavity.14 cases were reported in this paper,and clinicopathological study was also made.It was shown that the most common site for the lymphoepithelial cyst was the floor of the mouth(64.3%of 14 cases);of the 14 cases,10 were males and 4 were females(2.5 to1),the mean ages was 37.1 years old;clinically,intraoral lymphoepithelial cyst is commonly diagnosed as mucocele and fibroma.This cystic characteristics is lined by stratified epithelial squamons and the wall of the cyst generally exhibils a great quantity of lymphoid tissue when observed under the light microscope,Differential diagnosis and causes of the disease were also discussed here.
