山莨菪碱对低密度脂蛋白受体再循环的影响

摘    要:
目的:观察山莨菪碱对低密度脂蛋白受体再循环的影响。方法:应用抗免低密度脂蛋白受体(LDL-R)单克隆抗体,以细胞ELISA法测定成纤维细胞LDL-R,并观察蛋白合成受抑制时山莨菪碱对LDL受体的影响。结果:细胞生长汇合成单层时加入亚胺环己酮.受体无明显减少,加入山莨菪碱则细胞表面受体增加;细胞生长呈不全汇合状态时,亚胺环己酮使受体减少,但山莨菪碱对受体数无明显影响。结论:山莨菪碱具有促进生长汇合的成纤维细胞LDL-R再循环的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of anisoclamine on recycling of low density lipoprotein receptor(LDL-R). Methods: Monoclonal anti-rabbit LDL-R antibody and cell-enzyme-linked immunoassay were used tostudy the LDL-R of rabbit fibroblast and the effect of anisedamine of LDL-R,when the protein synthesis was inhibited. Results: When cells were cultured in confluent monolayer, the LDL-R was increased in the presence ofanisodamine but not in the presence of cycloheximide. When cells were in hemiconfluent culture,the LDL-R wasdecreased by cycloheximide but not by anisodamine. Conclusion: Anisodamine can promote LDL-R recycling ofcultured fibroblasts in confluent monolayer.
