小切口非乳化白内障手术简化方式的效果评价

摘    要:
目的评价小切口非乳化白内障摘出及后房型人工晶状体植入术简化手术方式的临床应用效果。方法老年性及并发性白内障346例(360眼)分为A、B两组,每组各180眼。A组采用常规的手法小切口非乳化白内障囊外摘出术式;B组采用其简化的手术操作步骤。随访3~18个月,对视力及并发症情况进行临床观察分析。结果两组术后视力恢复均较好,并发症较少,两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。B组手术操作更为简便,手术时间更短。结论手法小切口白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术中简化手术操作步骤是行之有效的。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of simplified operation in small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extra ction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.Methods 360 eyes of 346 cases of cataract were divided into two groups.Group A(180 eyes)underwent usual operation in small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction,and group B(180 eyes)underwent simplified operation.All of the cases were followed up for 3-18 months.The vision and complications after operation were observed and analyzed between the two groups.[WTHZ]Results The curative effect between the two kinds of operation mentioned above was almost the same and had no significant difference,the simplified operation was more simple and its surgery time was shorter.Conclusions Simplified operation in small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation is effective and practicable.
