| 摘 要： | 作者报道了我院采用阻隔式皮瓣迟延法修复皮肤缺损骨外露共１４例，取得了良好效果．尽管此法有其优点，而且是其他局部转位皮瓣所不能比拟的，但也有其不完善之处，如手术次数多，整个手术完成周期较长．皮瓣血运训练较麻烦，其可靠性有待研究，病人有一定痛苦．所以我们对后期病例应用ＣＴ．ＣＴ－Ｉ型超声多普勒监测其血供，了解血管改建、扩建情况，发现当动脉血流回声扩展到皮瓣长径１／２左右时就可行皮瓣转位，为阻隔式皮瓣转位提供了一个科学的参考指标． |

| Abstract: | Fourteencasesofskindefectsassociatedwithboneexposureweretreatedsurgicalywithrepairofthedefectsusingseparationdelayflaps.Satisfactoryresultswereobtainedinalofthecases.Theprocedurehasmanyadvantagesincomparisonwithotherlocalflaptransferringmethods,however,italsohassomeshortcomings,suchasmoresetingsrequiredaswelasthelongerperiodoftimetocarryouttheoperation.Additionaly,therearemoredificultiestotrainthebloodcirculationoftheflaps.TheauthorsusedCT.CT-IUltrasonicDopplerInstrumentforthedetectionofthebloodsup-plyoftheflaps,inordertofindouttheoptimumperiodofbloodvesselreconstruction.Theresultsre-vealedthat,whentheechoofbloodstreamexpandedtoaboutonehalfofthediameteroftheflap,thenflaprotationcouldbeperformed.UltrasonicDopplerexaminationprovidedguidanceinseparationdelayflaprotation. |
