银杏叶调节血脂和抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨银杏叶对高血脂症患者血脂的调节和抗氧化损伤的作用。方法:40例高血脂症患者连续口服银杏叶片60d,在服药前后测定血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、SOD、MDA和AOPP等指标变化。结果:高血脂症患者服药后血浆TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低(P〈0.01),血浆HDL-C明显升高(P〈0.05),血浆SOD活性明显增强(P〈0.05),MDA及AOPP水平明显降低(P〈0.01)。结论:银杏叶片具有降血脂、抗氧化和生物活性,从而减少脂质对血管内皮细胞的损害,抑制动脉粥样硬化,对预防和治疗心血管疾病有重要意义。

Abstract:
Objective:To discuss the function of Ginkgo biloba extract for adjusting blood-fat and oxidation resistance to hyperlipemia patients.Methods:Forty hyperlipemia patients were administrated ginkgo biloba extract tablets continuously for 60 days.Index of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,SOD,MDA and AOPP in plasma were detected before and after taking the tablets.Results:The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in plasma decreased dramatically(P0.01)while the level of HDL-C increased(P0.05)).The liveness of SOD in plasma increased obviously(P0.05).MDA and AOPP decreased evidently(P0.01).Conclusions:Ginkgo biloba extract could resist oxidation and decrease the liveness of blood-fat.Furthermore,it works on decreasing LDL-C thus reducing the damage to the internal cell from fat and suppressing atherosclerosis.It has important meaning for preventing and treating angiocardiopathy.
