自由基代谢与慢性肺心病多器官衰竭

摘    要:
对慢性肺心病及其并发多器官衰竭患者,进行了过氧化脂质(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的测定。结果:血清LPO水平及LPO/SOD比值随病情加重及PaO_2降低,不断增加,各组间差异显著(P<0.01),红细胞SOD活性于肺心病组一度升高(P<0.01),但并发多器官衰竭后迅速下降(P<0.01)。提示:病情愈重、PaO_2愈低,LPO产生愈多。病人的抗自由基氧化系统的应激能力有一定限度,随病情进展而下降,而且其抗自由基氧化系统的总的应激能力是低下的。证明;自由基参与了肺心病的发生与发展。

Abstract:
Serum lipid peroxide(LPO)and erythroayte (SOD) activity were determined in patientswith chronic pulmonary heart disease. The results showed that the LPO level and LPO/SOD valveincreased with aggravation of the disease and reduction of PaO_2; the difference between the three groupswas statistically significant; the sctivity of SOD in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease wasincreased but it decreased when the disease was complicated by multiple organ failure. these data suggstthat free radical may be produced with the development of the disease; the more serious the disease isand the lower PaO_2 becomes,the more free radical accumuulates; and the stree function of these patientsin aotioxidative system antagonizing the oxidative effect of free radical is decreased with seriousness ofthe disease.
