桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性期前收缩疗效及安全性的Meta分析

目的评估桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性期前收缩的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Web of Science、PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase,同时手工检索相关资料,全面收集使用桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性期前收缩的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限为1999年3月5日—2019年3月5日。根据研究的纳入和排除标准,由2名研究者独立对文献进行筛选,并进行质量评估,提取有效数据,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇文献,涉及755例病人。Meta分析结果显示:桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤能改善冠心病室性期前收缩病人总有效率RR=1.35,95%CI(1.20,1.51),Z=5.19,P<0.00001]、24 h室性期前收缩次数MD=735.11,95%CI(731.29,738.93),Z=377.38,P<0.00001]、中医证候评分MD=4.57,95%CI(3.03,6.10),Z=5.83,P<0.00001],且无明显不良反应RR=0.62,95%CI(0.35,1.08),Z=1.69,P=0.09]。结论现有证据表明,桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗冠心病室性期前收缩效果较好。

Safety and Efficacy of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Jiawei Decoction in Ventricular Premature Beats of Coronary Heart Disease:a Meta-analysis

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Jiawei decoction in the treatment of ventricular extrasystole of coronary heart disease.Methods Randomized controlled trial(RCT)on Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Jiawei decoction in the treatment of ventricular extrasystole of coronary heart disease was retrieved by computer search from CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,Web of Science,PubMed,Cochrane Library,and EMbase.At the same time,some information were retrieved manually.The retrieval period was from March 5,1999 to March 5,2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two researchers independently screened the literature,evaluated the literature quality,and extracted valid data.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Nine trials involving 755 patients were included.Meta-analysis results showed that,Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Jiawei decoction can improve the total effective rateRR=1.35,95%CI(1.20,1.51),Z=5.19,P<0.00001],the frequency of 24 h premature ventricular contractionMD=735.11,95%CI(731.29,738.93),Z=377.38,P<0.00001],TCM syndrome scoreMD=4.57,95%CI(3.03,6.10),Z=5.83,P<0.00001],and there were no significant adverse reactionsRR=0.62,95%CI(0.35,1.08),Z=1.69,P=0.09].Conclusion The available evidence suggests that,Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Jiawei decoction have positive effect on ventricular extrasystole of coronary heart disease.
