Abstract:The body is in a very complex state under trouma,ineluding ischemia and hypoxia,inflammation cause ed by infetion and tissue necrosis and acumulation of metabolie the regulation waste.Metastasis associated lung ofa variety of cell behaviors,such.prienatime.apois,iferentiaion,migration,epithelial-menehymal tanstin.atoplngy and monphologial maintenance.Uinder trauma,the expression of MALATI is sifcanl icrawed In dfferent injury models,the role of MALATI is sighly diferent,and the seie mehanismn;is unknown.The authors summrie the regulatory efets of MALATI on the bodly under traumatic cond ditions from the biological charateristics r MALATI and is role in dfet injury moolels.so as to provid ide references for elinical control of disease prognosis.
