摘    要:目的研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)对染铅大鼠海马神经元细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK)的保护作用。方法神经元培养7 d后,用0.6μg/L的b FGF以及不同浓度铅处理细胞,然后测定ERK活力。结果铅处理神经元30 min后,在铅浓度0.1~2.0μmol/L时ERK活性明显升高,其中2.0μmol/L时最高。经过b FGF处理以后的细胞,在铅浓度1.0~4.0μmol/L时ERK活性与对照组相比无明显差异。结论染铅浓度不同对ERK活性影响也不同,b FGF可以保护神经元中ERK活性。

Protection of bFGF on ERK in Cytosol of Hippocampal Neuron Exposed to Lead

Abstract:Objective To study the protection of basic fibroblast growth factor( b FGF) on the activity of extracellular signal-regulated kinase( ERK) in hippocampal neuron of rats exposed to lead. Methods After cultured for 7 days,the hippocampal neuron was treated with 0. 6 μg / L b FGF and lead with different concentration. The activity of ERK was then determined. Results The activity of ERK was increased when treated with0. 1 ~ 2. 0 μmol / L lead for 30 min. While treated with b FGF in advance,the activity of ERK had no significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion The activity of ERK was changed by treated with different concentrations of lead,and b FGF can protect ERK activity in neuron.
