竹叶中微量元素的形态分析

摘    要:
以正辛醇—水分配体系模拟竹叶的水煎液中Cu、Fe、Zn在人体肠胃中的分配情况,用原子吸收光谱法测定竹叶、竹叶水煎液以及水煎液中上述各元素水溶态和醇溶态的含量。初步探讨了酸度变化(人体胃肠酸度)对微量元素吸收的影响,结果表明,竹叶中微量元素的形态分布与作用靶位(胃、肠)的酸度有关。

Speciation Analysis of 7 Trace Elements in Bamboo Leaf

Abstract:
The elements, Cu,Fe and Zn in bamboo leaf were extracted based on traditional analytical flowchart program, the n- C8H17 OH- H2O system was proposed to simulate the distribution of the trace elements in Chinese traditional medicine decotion in gastric and intestine. The conentrations of total elements, water - soluble elements and n - C8H17OH - soluble elements in bamboo leaf by atomic absorption spectrometry. The acidity changes (human gastrointestinal acidity) on trace elements absorpted to target site? (gastric, iion was discussed preliminarily, results show trace elements forms in bamboo leaves is relatntestinal) acidity.
