摘    要:
探讨多平面经食管超声心动图在成人房间隔缺损介入治疗中的价值。方法应用MTEE行术前筛选、术中监测和术后随访。结果36例经MTEE诊断为各型ASD,12例符合治疗适应证(33%)。18例用球囊导管探测ASD大小。MTEE的声像直径和球囊探测的伸张直径高度相关,伸张直径=1.21(MTEE声像直径)-0.13。

Abstract:
Objective To study the value of the multiplane transesophageal echocardiography(MTEE) in the interventional therapy of the adult atrial septal defect(ASD).Methods MTEE was used for screening prior to the operation,monitoring during the operation and postoperative follow up.Results Thirty six patients were diagnosed as distinguished types of ASD.12 cases accorded with the indication of the operation(33%).The sizes of ASD were detected by the catheters with balloon in 18 cases.There were significant correlation between the sonographic diameter by MTEE and the extensible diameter by the catheter with balloon(r= 0.95 ,P< 0.001 ).Extensible diameter(cm)= 1.21 (MTEE diameter)- 0.13 .The therapy of closure ASD was successful in 11 cases.Conclusions MTEE possesses an originality in selecting the indications,monitoring the catheter with balloon and occluder,and showing the small residual shunts.The extensible diameter may be estimated by MTEE sonographic diameter to improve the therapeutic efficiency.
