合肥市牙科口腔器械消毒灭菌现况

为了解各级医院牙科口腔器械消毒灭菌现况,进一步加强规范化管理,采用问卷调查及现场采样方法对合肥市各级医院牙科口腔器械消毒灭菌质量进行了监测。结果,检测消毒级器械样52份,合格率90.39％;灭菌级器械样144份,无菌率88.89％。在市级医院检出致病菌1份,个体诊所检出HBsAg阳性5份。结果表明,各级医院牙科口腔器械消毒灭菌工作均存在不合格现象,个体诊所尤为突出,提示应加强对口腔器械消毒灭菌监测管理力度。

SURVEY OF PRESENT STATUS OF DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION OF STOMATOLOGIC INSTRUMENTS IN HEFEI CITY

In order to know the present status of disinfection and sterilization of stomatologic instruments in hospitals of different levels and to strengthen further the standardized administration, the quality of disinfection and sterilization of stomatologic instruments in hospitals of different levels in Hefei City was monitored using questionnaire and on-the-spot sampling method. The results indicated that the up-to-standard rate of the disinfected instruments was 90.39% in 52 samples examined and sterility rate of sterilized instruments was 88.89% in 144 samples examined. Pathogenic bacteria were detected in 1 sample from municipal hospital and positive HBsAg was detected in 5 samples from private clinics. The results indicated that ineligibility existed in disinfection and sterilization of stomatologic instruments in hospitals of different levels, especially in private clinics, suggesting that monitoring and administration of disinfection and sterilization of stomatologic instruments should be strengthened.
