| Abstract: | Objective To study on the pharmacokinetics of salvianolic acid B in rats.Methods The blood samples were collected at a series of time points after intragastrical administration（ig） of extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza to rats（1.5 g·kg-1）,and analyzed by HPLC-MS.Pharmacokinetic parameters were evaluated with DAS3.0 software.Results Its pharmacokinetic parameters of salvianolic acid B were as follows： t1/2（39.91±1.25） min,Cmax（25.15±3.52） μg·mL-1,AUC（1 052.4±53.20） μg·L-1·min.Conclusion This method is simple and rapid,which can be used for the detection and pharmacokinetic study of salvianolic acid B in vivo. |
