| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定骨剌宁胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法：采用AichromBond-1C18（4．6mm×250mm,5μm）,以乙腈-水（20：80）为流动相;流速：1．0ml／min;柱温：25℃。检测波长：203nm。结果：人参皂苷Rg1在3．765-10．040μg范围内线性良好,回归方程为：Y=269005X-5893．7,r=0．9996,平均回收率97．33％,RSD为1．19％。结论：该法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于本制剂质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Gueining Capsules Methods: AichromBond-1 C18 Column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase being acetonitrile - water (20:80),flow rate being 1.0 ml/min , the column temperature being 25℃. Determinating wavelength being 203 nm. Re-suits:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 3.765 to 10.040 μg for Ginsenoside Rg1 (r=0.999 6),and the regres-sion equation being Y=269 005X-5 893.7.The average recovery was 97.33%,with RSD of 1.19%. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for quality control of Gucining Capsules. |
