| 根分叉病变治疗及远期疗效评价 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：研究治疗根分叉病变的方法并观察术后各项指标的变化及远期疗效。方法：选用综合治疗包括牙髓治疗，牙周手术，调合等方法，治疗５６例共７７颗患牙，其中２度以上病变６５颗。结果：术后附着水平，根分叉探诊深度均较术前有明显改变（Ｐ〈０．０５）。３ａ以上随访２．３，４度显效率分别为８７．５％，７５％、６９．２％。结论：综合治疗对根分叉尤其２度以上病变疗效肯定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the therapeutice method and effectiveness of furcation involvement Methods:Pulp therapy ,periodontal operation: guided tissue and bone regeneration, and occlusal adjustment were performed in 77 sites with furcation defect of 56 patients Results:Clinical measurements showed significant attachment gain , significant decrease of probing depth Success rate in the clinial observation of 3 years is 87 5%, 75%, 61 5% respectively for class 2 ,3 ,4 furcation defect Conclusion:The treatment effection of furcation involvement is distinct with pulp and periodontal therapy and occlusal adjustment. |
