5-氟尿嘧啶联合米非司酮和中药治疗异位妊娠

目的观察5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)联合米非司酮和中药治疗异位妊娠疗效。方法 A组:5-FU 10～20mg/kg静脉滴注7d并口服米非司酮,B组:5-FU 10～20mg/kg静脉滴注7d并口服中药和米非司酮。定期B超监测包块情况,同时监测血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平直至正常。结果治愈率A组82.4%,B组98.5%,B组治愈率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),B组较A组血β-HCG降至正常时间及住院时间明显缩短(P<0.01),但A、B两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 5-FU 10～20mg/kg静脉滴注7d联合米非司酮和中药治疗异位妊娠疗效确切,值得在基层医院推广。

5-fluorouracil combined with mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To observe the curative effect of 5-fluorouracil combined with mifepristone and tradi- tional Chinese medicine to treat ectopic pregnancy. Methods The patients in group A were treated with 5-fluorouracil 10-20 mg/kg intravenous infusion for 7 days and oral mifepristone. The patients in group B were treated with 5-fluorouraeil 10--20 mg/kg intravenous infusion for 7 days and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and mifepristone. The mass was monitored by B ultrasound regularly and blood β-HCG levels were monitored until it was normal. Results The cure rate was 82.40/00 in group A and 98.5% in group B. The cure rate in group B was signifi- cantly higher than that in group A,and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）. The time that the β-HCG in blood decreased to normal level in B group was significantly shorier than that in A group（P〈0. 01）. But the difference of adverse reaction in the two group was not significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion 5-fluorouracil 10--20 mg/kg intrave- nous infusion for 7 days with mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of eetopic pregnancy has good curative effect, and it is worthy of spreading to clinical application in primary hospital.
