| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)血尿酸症变化的特点及意义。方法:回顾性分析180例T2DM患者的临床资料,比较高尿酸血症与不伴血尿酸增高组肌酐(Cr)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、体重指数(BMI)的变化;观察两组心脑血管病发生情况。结果:180例T2DM患者中高尿酸血症52例,发生率28.9%(52/180),两组患者FBS、HbA1C无显著性差异(P>0.05),观察组BMI、TG、TC、Cr高于对照组(P<0.05)。52例观察组合并冠心病26例、高血压34例及急性脑血管意外11例;128例对照组分别为31例、38例、12例,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:高尿酸血症在糖尿病及其并发症的发生和发展中起重要作用,对预后有不良影响,可作为判断预后的指标之一;及时给予相关的干预。
