类风湿关节炎从临床表现来说属于中医药"历节病"、"历节风"、"痹证"的范畴,历代文献中关于痹证和伏邪的相关论述非常丰富。文章详细探讨了伏邪理论,提出了伏邪致痹观点,初步概括了伏邪致痹的证候特点,从伏邪角度对类风湿关节炎反复发作的机制进行了阐述,并结合临床对伏邪致痹的治疗提供了新思路。

Rheumatoid arthritis is belong to TCM from clinical manifestations ’Lijiebing’,’Lijiefeng’,’bizheng’category.In the ancient literature about bizheng and the relevant expositions fell evil are very abundant.Viewpoint of latent pathogenic factors causing Bi is put forward through a detailed research of the theory of latent pathogenic factors.Recurrent mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis is stated based on the viewpoint.Syndrome characteristics of Bi caused by latent pathogenic factors are summarized.A new idea of treatment for Bi caused by latent pathogenic factors is promoted combined with syndrome characteristics and clinical manifestations.
