| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨提高婴幼儿示指根静脉的穿刺效果.方法 将63名选择示指根静脉穿刺的婴幼儿分为观察组32例和对照组31例,观察组采取先固定后穿刺的方法,对照组按先穿刺后固定的常规步骤.结果 观察组静脉一次穿刺成功率为93%,明显高于对照组的71%(P＜0.05);且对照组固定时出现6例渗漏.结论 对于选择示指根静脉穿刺的婴幼儿,采取先固定后穿刺法能提高静脉穿刺的成功率,减少渗漏. |

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the outcomes of 2 venous puncture methods for infant's palmar superficial vein of the index finger.Methods Sixty-three infants who were to be punctured through palmar superficial vein of the index finger were randomly divided into 2 groups:Thirty-two cases in innovation group(first fixed then punctured) and 31cases in control group(first punctured then fixed).The first-time successful rates of puncture were observed and compared between the 2 groups.Results The first-time successful rate in the innovation group was markedly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified vein-punctured method with first fixing can apparently increase the first-time successful rate of puncturing. |
