卵巢囊腺瘤和囊腺癌的多层螺旋CT诊断及病理对照

[目的]利用多层螺旋CT鉴别卵巢囊腺瘤与囊腺癌,观察它们的CT征象,并与病理对照.[方法]回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年5月经手术病理证实卵巢囊性占位48例,其中卵巢囊腺瘤30例,囊腺癌18例,利用CT图像分析其特征,并和病理分型进行对照.[结果]总计发现病灶53个,主要CT表现为囊腺瘤密度均匀,囊壁菲薄,可见分隔；囊腺癌密度不均,多见囊实性改变,实性成份增强后明显强化,常伴有腹腔积液.[讨论]CT能够较准确地显示卵巢囊腺瘤与囊腺癌的特征,可为临床提供手术和治疗方案的依据.

Comparative diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of ovarian cystadenoma and cystoadeno carcinomd by multi-spiral CT in 48 cases

【Objective】To compare the CT results of cystadenoma and cysto adenocarcinoma with patholgical results【.methods】The CT characterics and pathological type of 30 cases of ovarian cystodenoma and 18 cases of cystoadenocarcinoma admitted from January 2010 to May 2011were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】Among the 53 finding lesions,the main CT manifestations were even adenoma density,thin cyst wall and visible separation.The density of adenocarcinoma was uneven,more solid cbanges of the cyst,and after enhancement the ingredients were improved,usually accompanied with abdominal effusion.【Conclusion】 CT is able to differentiate the features between ovarian cystadenoma and cystoadenocarcinoma,thus provides the evidence for clinical operation and therapeutic regimens.
