HG颗粒对肝纤维化大鼠肝脏胶原纤维及羟脯氨酸含量的影响

摘    要:
目的:研究HG颗粒对二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)致肝纤维化大鼠肝脏胶原纤维及羟脯氨酸含量的影响.方法:80只SD大鼠,除正常对照组10只外,其余大鼠均腹腔注射DMN(2 mL/kg)3周,建立肝纤维化大鼠模型,存活动物按性别、体质量随机分为5组,分别给予蒸馏水或药物灌胃治疗.正常对照组:蒸馏水0.1 mL/kg;模型对照组:蒸馏水0.1 mL/kg;HG颗粒高、中、低3种剂量组:6 g、3 g、1.5 g生药/kg;复方鳖甲软肝片组:1 g/kg,1次/d,连续4周.后处死动物,取左叶肝脏检测大鼠肝脏胶原纤维及羟脯氨酸含量.结果:肝纤维化模型大鼠肝脏胶原纤维及羟脯氨酸含量均明显增高,HG颗粒治疗后有明显缓解.结论:HG颗粒对DMN肝纤维化模型大鼠具有显著的治疗作用.

Abstract:
Aim: To explore the effects of HG Keli on collagen fibrosis and Hyp in the liver of hepatic fibrosis (HF) model rats induced by dimethyl subnitroaniline (DMN). Methods: A total of 70 rats were injected DMN viscerally for three weeks to establish HF model. Another 10 SD rats were used as normal control. The HF model rats were allocated into five groups. Normal control group was given distilled water 0.1 mL/kg;model control group was given distilled water 0.1 mL/kg;HG Keli high, middle, and low dose groups were given 6 g, 3 g, 1.5 g crude drug/kg;FuFangBieJiaRuanGan tablet group was given 1 g/kg. All the rats were given distilled water or drugs once per day for 4 weeks. The contents of collagen and Hyp in the liver were determined. Results: Contents of collagen and Hyp in the liver of model rats were significantly higher than in the normal control group. After the treatment of HG Keli, the contents of collagen and Hyp in the liver decreased markedly. Conclusion: These results suggest that HG Keli has obvious therapeutic effects on HF model rats.
