复方美沙芬颗粒对枸橼酸引咳豚鼠镇咳及对蟾蜍食管纤毛运动的作用

摘    要:目的:观察复方美沙芬颗粒对枸橼酸引咳豚鼠的镇咳作用及对蟾蜍食管纤毛运动的作用.方法:①以175 g/L枸橼酸喷雾制作豚鼠咳嗽模型,观察咳必清和复方美沙芬颗粒(53.6 mg/kg,26.8 mg/kg,13.4 mg/kg 3个剂量组)的镇咳作用.②以蟾蜍食管纤毛运动为指标,观察异丙肾上腺素和复方美沙芬颗粒(17.376 mg/L,8.688 mg/L,4.344 mg/L 3个剂量组)对蟾蜍食管纤毛运动速度的影响.结果:①复方美沙芬各剂量组均可显著减少枸橼酸诱发的咳嗽模型的咳嗽次数(P<0.05),中剂量组镇咳效果最佳,且作用强于咳必清.②各剂量组均能显著加快蟾蜍食管纤毛运动的速度,与异丙肾上腺素相比,中剂量组加快纤毛运动的作用更加显著(P<0.05).结论:复方美沙芬颗粒具有显著镇咳、祛痰作用,中剂量组效果最佳.

Abstract:Aim: To observe the effect of compound dextromethorphan granules on cough-relieving in guinea pigs and on the esophageal cilia movement in toads. Methods:The guinea pig cough model was established by 175 g/L citric acid spray. The cough reliving effects of pentoxyverine and compound dextromethorphan granules at 3 doses (53.6 mg/kg, 26.8 mg/kg and 13.4 mg/kg) were observed; the effects of isoproterenol and compound dextromethorphan granules at 3 doses (17.376 mg/L,8.688 mg/L,4.344 mg/L) on the movement speed of esophageal cilia in toads were observed. Results: Every dose group of compound dextromethorphan granules could reduce the cough times significantly(P<0.05) and increase the swing speed of esophageal cilia in toads. Compared with positive control, the middle-dose group of compound dextromethorphan granules had more prominent effect(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compound dextromethorphan granules have marked effects on cough-relieving and sputum-removing.
