摘    要:
SF—3000全自动分析仪,是目前最先进的一种血液分析仪,利用电阻抗、激光传导、射频传导进行细胞计数和分类的,特别是能将白细胞进行五分类,准确地将白细胞分为中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、淋巴细胞和单核细胞,并当怀疑有异常细胞时,屏幕会自动提示有原始细胞、不成熟粒细胞、核左移、异常淋巴细胞四种不同的异常细胞,我们对100例提示有异常细胞的标本用显微镜检查,发现警告真实值为72%,假警告者为28%,30例白血病标本仪器检查结果均提示有异常细胞或分不出来,说明该仪器对分类正常者是一种较理想的过筛工具,同时也说明仅靠全自动血液分析仪分类仍不能完全代替人工镜检。

Abstract:
SF-3000 Automated Hematology Analyzer is the most advanced Hematology Analyzer,It uses Resistance,Semicondutor Laser et,al methods to analyze the cell and differential. The SF-3000 can divide the WBC to 5 groups such as Neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, lymphocytes and monocytes precisely. When abnormalities are suspected,the system can display 4 diffetent abnormal message as "Blasts?"ImmatureGran?", "Left shift?", "Aty/Abnly?". We check 100 blood sampls which are shown to be abnormal by microscope,and notice that 72% alarms are true, 28%alarms are false. The system display abnormal message or unable to determinate WBC differential in 30 samples from leukemia patients, this article show that the SF-3000 system is a ideal screening instrument to patients with normal WBC differentials. Otherwise, we can say that automated hematology analyzer cannot substitute manual examine by microscope entirely.
