硬化性腹膜炎病人的肠外营养支持

目的报告硬化性腹膜炎病人肠外营养支持治疗的经验。方法对3例硬化性腹膜炎病人均接受禁食、肠外营养支持及皮质激素等综合治疗。结果2例病人经过10周和13周治疗后,肠梗阻症状缓解。另1例病人肠梗阻仍未解除,长期接受肠外营养支持已10月。使用肠外营养支持期间均维持营养及生活质量良好。结论肠外营养支持可以维持及改善硬化性腹膜炎病人的营养及生活质量。

Parenteral nutrition support in patients with sclerosing peritonitis

Objective To report the clinical experience of parenteral nutrition support in patients with sclerosing peritonitis.Methods Three patients had received peritoneal chemotherapy and was diagnosed as having sclerosing peritonitis.They all were managed by protocol of fasting,long-term parenteral nutrition and short-term corticosteroid.Results Two patients were cured after 10 and 13 weeks therapy with intestinal obstruction relieved.One patient had used parenteral nutrition for 10 months as intestinal obstruction was not controlled.During the using of parenteral nutrition,all three patients maintained well nutritional status and high quality of life.Conclusion Parenteral nutrition could improve quality of life and maintain good nutritional status for patients with sclerosing peritonitis.
