| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定健身消导颗粒中大黄酚含量的方法。方法色谱注:Thermo-Hypersil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1磷酸溶液(65:35),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:254nm,柱温:40℃。结果大黄酚在0.0103～0.2054μg范围内呈线性关系,r=1.0000。平均回收率为100.4,RSD为0.5。结论本方法简便、准确,分离效果好,灵敏度高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Chrysophanol in Fitness Consumers lead particles.Methods Thermo-Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(65∶35),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the temperature was 40 ℃.Results Chrysophanol is linery in 0.010 3～0.205 4 μg,r=1.000 0.The average recovery was 100.4%,RSD was 0.5%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and it has effective separation and high sensitivity. |
