| 摘 要： | 目的本文着重阐述RIS-PACS系统在社区卫生服务中心的应用效果。方法通过与上海华奕软件公司合作开发RIS-PACS系统,将我院放射科RIS-PACS系统、市北医RIS-PACS系统都与区卫生局计算机服务器连接,构成一个区域性城际网络。结果RIS-PACS在社区医院建设具有独特优势,能够长期追踪慢性病人的治疗情况。社区医疗资源共享为病人带来优质服务的同时为病人节约医疗费用,也给社区卫生服务中心带来良好的社会效益。

| Abstract: | Objective The article focuses on the application of RIS-PACS in the Community Health Service Center. Methods By the RIS-PACS cooperated with Shanghai Huayi software company, RIS, PACS, CR, laser printers and HIS are formed a regional inter-city network in the North city Hospital and Zhabei District Central Hospital. Results RIS-PACS at the community hospital has a unique advantage, which helps to track the long-term treatment of patients with chronic disease. Community health care resource sharing brings excellent services while saving medical costs for patients. RIS-PACS also brings good social benefits to the community health service centers. |
