四种瓷修补系统的树脂色调与金属烤瓷修复体色调的匹配性研究

目的 比较树脂与金属烤瓷瓷面的色调差异,观察4种瓷修补系统的树脂色调与金属烤瓷修复体色调的匹配性.方法 采用正交设计,通过检测4种崩瓷修补系统色调与相应厚度瓷层的色调匹配性,评价不同口内瓷修补系统、树脂层厚度、金属底色、树脂色调4个影响因素对崩瓷修复效果的影响.结果 瓷修补系统、树脂层厚度和树脂色调对树脂和瓷层的色调匹配性均有影响,其影响程度依次为树脂色调、瓷修补系统、树脂层厚度.结论 树脂色调是影响瓷修补效果的主要因素,其次是不同的瓷修补系统,树脂层厚度的影响最小.

The resin color matching of four porcelain repairing system with PFM restorations

Objective To compare the hue difference between resin and porcelain fused to metal and to observe the tone matching between the resin tones of four porcelain restorations and the PFM restorations. Methods The effect of the different intraoral porcelain repair system,resin layer thickness,metal color and resin tones on the porcelain fracture repair was evaluated by the detection of four kinds of porcelain repairing system and the color matching of the corresponding thickness of ceramic. Results The porcelain repair system, resin layer thickness and resin hue had the effect on the tone matching of resin and porcelain layer, and the influence degree was as follows, resin tone > porcelain repair system >resin layer thickness. Conclusion Resin tone was the main factor influncing the porcelain repair, followed by different porcelain repair system,and the resin thickness had the least impact.
