肺水肿家兔血浆和组织中过氧化脂质含量改变的研究

本文用0.3%硝酸银复制了肺水肿家兔。其表现为肺系数增加并伴有呼吸曲线和肺组织学的改变,作者测定了上述肺水肿家兔引起肺水肿前、后不同时间血浆中过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量和肺肝等组织中 LPO 的含量。结果表明,水肿前血浆 LPO 含量为5.17±0.92nmol/ml,水肿后1小时为6.99±1.16mol/ml,水肿后2小时为7.41±1.93nnmol/ml,水肿后3小时为6.29±1.97nmol/ml。与水肿前相比,P 值分别小于0.01、0.01和0.05。肺水肿后肝肺等组织匀浆中 LPO 与对照组相比也有升高趋势,但无显著性差异。提示 LPO 的升高可能和肺水肿的发生有一定关系。

THE OBSERVATION OF LIPID PEROXIDES IN RABBITS WITH PULMONARY EDEMA

The purpose of this study is to observe the ehanges of lipid peroxi- des(LPO)in rabbits with pulmonary edema.The animals were divided into two groups according to whether AgNO_3 solution was given.The experimental animals with pulmonary edema were induced by 0.3% AgNO_3 aolution via vein injection.The blood was collected at 1, 2 and 3 hour interval after injection.LPO was determined by TBA method.The results shows that the level of LPO in serum was signific- antly increased after AgNO_3 injection.There were a significant difference about LPO values between experimental and control animals.The level of LPO experimental levers was significantly higher than that in cont- rol levers.From the results we can conclude that there seems a close relationship between the pulmonary edema and the high concentration of LPO in serum and levers.
