脑内原发性淋巴瘤的CT诊断

目的探讨脑内原发性淋巴瘤的CT表现。方法回顾总结我院12例经手术证实的脑内原发性淋巴瘤的CT表现。结果12例中,单发10例,多发2例,共15处病灶。8处呈团状等或稍高密度,5处病灶形态不规则,中心有低密度坏死区,2处呈沿脑室周围分布的大片的稍高密度区。增强扫描,7处病灶明显均匀强化,5处病灶呈环状强化,3处病灶呈轻中度强化。结论CT可对多数脑内原发性淋巴瘤作出正确诊断。

CT Diagnosis of Primary Brain Lymphoma

Objective To evaluate the value of CT findings in the diagnosis of Primary Brain Lymphoma.Methods The CT findings of Primary Brain Lymphoma were evaluated retrospectively in 12 patients with histological confirmation.Results In the all 12 cases, 10 cases were single developed, 2 cases were more developed, there were found 15 focuses.8 focuses assume equality density or slightly high density and assume agglomerate.The shape of 5 focuses were abnormity, and they center assume low density. 2 focuses assume slightly high density patch along ventricle. 7 focuses were intensified evidently and equably, 5 focuses were intensified as annularity, 3 focuses were intensified lightly.Conclusion CT can accurately diagnose to most Primary Brain Lymphoma.
