摘 要: | ![]() 微小RNA(miRNA)对靶基因的异常调控可能参与肿瘤耐药机制,是肿瘤耐药性分子遗传学研究的重要进展及补充.研究表明,miRNA可能是肿瘤耐药网络性调控的重要组成部分,而且对多基因表达进行调控的能力使其具有高效性.因此,有望成为重要的肿瘤耐药相关分子标记物及治疗靶点.

Abstract: | ![]() The aberrant microRNA( miRNA) regulation of target genes may be involved in molecular mechanisms of cancer drug resistance, which facilitate and supplement research of molecular genet-ics. Researches show that miRNA play an important role in network modulation of drug resistance,and multiple gene-regulation roles make their high efficacy,miRNA may promise to be important biomarkers of drug resist-ance and therapeutic targets for cancer. |
